背景说明：BiP inducer X 是免疫球蛋白重链结合蛋白 (BiP)/GRP79 的选择性诱导剂，是一种有效的 ER 应激抑制剂。
生物活性：BiP inducer X， a selective inducer of immunoglobulin heavy chain binding protein (BiP)/GRP78， is an effective ER (endoplasmic reticulum) stress inhibitor. BiP inducer X preferentially induces BiP with slight inductions of GRP94， calreticulin， and C/EBP homologous protein. BiP inducer X protects neurons from ER stress[1-2].
In Vitro：BiP inducer X(5 μM; 12 hours; pretreatment with SK-N-SH cells)inhibits cell death induced by ER stress involving inhibited activation of caspases 3/7 and 4[1].
In Vivo：A 20 μg portion of BiP inducer X administration reduces ER stress-induced apoptosis induced in the penumbra by MCA occlusion[1].
