背景说明：SV40 large T antigen NLS 是一种多肽，来源于 SV40 大 T 抗原 47-55 的氨基酸序列，能够将蛋白运输到细胞核。
In Vitro：SV40 large tumor-antigen (T-ag) nuclear import is enhanced by the protein kinase CK2 (CK2) site (Ser111Ser112) flanking the nuclear localization sequence (NLS).
T-ag NLS can enhance nuclear import， despite the fact that PK-C has been shown to inhibit nuclear import of proteins such as lamin B2.
