It is a potential antagonist of collagen receptors.
In Vitro：α2β1 Integrin Ligand Peptide (DGEA) (0.015-2.0 mM) 以剂量依赖性方式抑制 SA11、RRV 和 Wa 感染，并且对 CRW-8 感染性没有影响。
α2β1 Integrin Ligand Peptide 在浓度≥0.5 mM 时诱导成骨细胞和成纤维细胞中酪氨酸激酶依赖性钙动员。
α2β1 Integrin Ligand Peptide 在 1.0 mM 时失去抑制 SA11 结合的能力。
