背景说明：The fragment LQVQLSIR corresponding to the C-terminal globular domain of the murine laminin α1 chain (2722-2729) represents the minimal active sequence of AG-73, an active cell-adhesion peptide. LQVQLSIR could be one of the most important biologically active sites of laminin-1, especially in promotion of the malignant phenotype.
