背景说明：Neurokinin B 属于速激肽家族。Neurokinin结合到一系列 G 蛋白偶联受体 (GPCR)-包括神经激肽受体 1 (NK1R)，NK2R 和 NK3R，且介导其生物学作用。Neurokinin B belongs to the tachykinin family of peptides. Neurokinin B binds a family of GPCRs-including neurokinin receptor 1 (NK1R), NK2R, and NK3R-to mediate their biological effect.
In Vitro：Neurokinin B (NKB) belongs to the tachykinin family of peptides that initially included the neuropeptides substance P (SP), neurokinin A (NKA), and NKB and more recently, endokinins and hemokinins. Tachykinins bind a family of G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs)-including neurokinin receptor 1 (NK1R), NK2R, and NK3R-to mediate their biological effect.
