背景说明:Myelin Basic Protein MBP 是中枢神经系统髓鞘中第二丰富的蛋白质,负责多层紧密髓鞘的细胞质表面的粘附。Myelin Basic Protein MBP 在周围神经系统 (PNS) 中发挥重要作用。Myelin Basic Protein MBP, the second most abundant protein in central nervous system myelin, is responsible for adhesion of the cytosolic surfaces of multilayered compact myelin. Myelin Basic Protein MBP performs an important function in the peripheral nervous system (PNS). In Vitro:Once MBP4-14 is phosphorylated, it is not dephosphorylated by okadaic acid-sensitive phosphatases (protein phosphatases 1, 2A and 3) or other protein phosphatases such as calcineurin and/or PP 2C present in hippocampal homogenates.
