背景说明:The synthetic peptide Gly-Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser (GRGDS) mimics the cellular binding site of many adhesive proteins in the extracellular matrix and causes rounding and detachment of spread cells. The GRGDS (Gly-Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser) peptide has intermediate affinity to V3 and IIb3, which are the integrins most reported to be involved in bone function. In Vitro:Gly-Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser binds to integrin receptors αvβ3, with IC50 of 5 μM. Gly-Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser-immobilized TiO2 nanotubes enhance osteoblast-like cell (MG-63) adhesion, and significantly increased cell spreading and proliferation. 参考文献:[1] Senger DR and Perruzzi CA.
