背景说明：β-Amyloid 22-35 (Amyloid β-Protein 22-35)，β-淀粉样蛋白的 22-35 残基片段，对无血清培养的大鼠海马神经元具有细胞毒性作用。β-Amyloid 22-35 在中性缓冲液中形成聚集体和典型的淀粉样纤维，类似于 β-淀粉样蛋白。
In Vitro：β-Amyloid 22-35 shows significant cytotoxicity on the rat hippocampal neurons at 40 μg/mL， but exhibits no cytotoxic effect on the glial cells.
