背景说明：This peptide showed the capacity to activate T cells but was devoid of the inflammatory properties of IL-1.
In Vivo：β-Interleukin I (163-171), human (50 μg, daily, a poorly immunogenic fibrosarcoma (CE-2) of BALB/c mice model) induces a consistent but limited inhibition of tumor growth.
β-Interleukin I (163-171), human (1 μmole/kg, i.v.) together with the T-dependent antigen SRBC increases the primary immune response against the antigen.
In Vitro：β-Interleukin I (163-171), human (12.5-400 μg/mL, 72 h) stimulates mouse thymocyte proliferation.
